We offer 24/7 phone and email support to our customers for the first 3 months and can tailor an ongoing support package to those who wish to continue the support moving forward.
SERVICE & MAINTENANCE
Our headquarters and service facility is located in Molendinar on the Gold Coast. We provide a DJI certified facility fully equipped to service various repairs, including those covered by warranty.
With 3 dedicated workstations, a wash bay, and a vast inventory of spare T30 and T40 parts readily available if required, your aircraft can be cleaned, repaired and returned to you as soon as possible.
Additionally, we offer a convenient drone and trailer rental service for those whose aircraft may be temporarily unavailable for an extended period of time.
Our convenient drone and trailer hire service is available to our customers whilst their drone is in for repair or servicing.
INSURANCE
Even the most experienced technicians experience accidents during flight missions or in transit. This is why It is important to protect your investment with the right insurer. Fly the Farm partner with AGILE who can help find you the right policy for your needs and ensure you’re covered for any unforeseen events.
In the event of an accident, our team work with AGILE to process your claim and determine whether the damage sustained is deemed repairable or write-off.
