POSTAGE & HANDLING
Fly The Farm have a shipping and handling flat rate of $20 AUD (regular Australia Post mail with tracking) for orders under $100 AUD.
For all online orders of $100 or more we offer FREE standard shipping (exclusive of any other offers or discounts).Please ensure the correct post codes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us. Fly The Farm will not be held responsible for incorrect details entered at the time of ordering online, including an incorrect postal address.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is currently not offered in our checkout. Please contact us at info@flythefarm.com.au or call 07 5638 1277 for express orders.

DELIVERY TIMES
Our warehouse team work hard to get your order on its way to our customers as soon as possible. However, due to a high volume of orders during our promos or sales, this may take slightly longer than normal. Customers will receive a tracking link via email once the parcel has been collected and scanned.
Our team endeavour to dispatch orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, however during public holiday periods and sales this may take slightly longer. Please note: We send to residential and business addresses both in Australia and Internationally. We can only send to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
My item arrived broken or faulty.
For items that arrive broken or damaged, take an immediate photograph of how they arrived and email info@flythefarm.com.au and we will guide you through the returns process. For any items that arrive broken or faulty we will provide a store credit or replacement if we are notified within 14 days of receipt. Please do not dispose of the item until we have had the chance to speak with you.
I have been sent the wrong item.
If for any reason you have been sent the wrong item, take an immediate photograph of your order as it arrived and email it to info@flythefarm.com.au and we will guide you through the process to rectify. Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
What if I enter the wrong delivery address or order details/products?
In the event you have incorrectly entered information please reach out info@flythefarm.com.au to update information or cancel an order. As all orders and shipping labels are automated we can not guarantee that our online orders team will be able to intercept the order prior to it being dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Fly The Farm are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent return process for our customers. We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Please note that any items sent without prior approval will not be accepted. You item will be assessed once returned and a refund processed should the item has been approved and added back in to our stock inventory.

We do not accept returns for certain items, including:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases
Please note that we do not accept returns for sale items or gift vouchers.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.Refunds
